Unmatched versatility makes the OptionAll™ pig the go-to tool for nearly every application, including cleaning, gauging and batching. Four standard configurations meet most needs; customization is also available for unique requirements. OptionAll bodies are constructed of Ultra High Molecular Weight polyethylene to protect internal pipe and valve surfaces and are engineered with recessed steel bolt and locknut construction to prevent breakups in the pipeline.

    Manufactured to the same strict OEM performance standards, scraper discs offer superior abrasion and wear resistance qualities for long, reliable performance. Available in a variety of hardnesses, thicknesses and configurations to meet specific needs, including bypass holes to promote more effective cleaning.

    Used on various TDW cleaning and batching pigs, these polyurethane cups are designed for precise fit, long wear and superior abrasion resistance. Customization—including bypass holes, special sizing and conical configurations—helps ensure the best performance for each pipeline application.

    The OPTIONALL pig can be used with TDW RealSeal® urethane cups with multi-lip sealing grooves, which should be used during critical sealing applications such as nitrogen purges, line filling for hydrostatic testing and cleaning.

    Brushes made to the exacting standards of the original components help ensure aggressive cleaning by a variety of pigs, removing tough debris like black powder and scale from interior walls and pits.

    Gauge plates are slotted aluminum flanges attached to a gauge pig to help locate and identify internal anomalies and restrictions. The plate becomes deformed when the pig moves over an obstruction or pipe diameter reduction. Because they are made of aluminum they will not damage the internal surface of the pipe.

      Outfitted with a deformable aluminum plate, gauge pigs are a fast, cost-effective way to determine whether there’s an obstruction or pipe diameter reduction in the pipeline. They are often used during pre-commissioning and as part of progressive pigging, and help operators determine if they need in-line inspection (ILI) services to obtain more detailed information. Multiple gauge plates can be provided on one pig.

      Recommended for medium-duty cleaning in crude oil, natural gas and refined products pipelines of all lengths. Discs are effective in removing loose solids and soft paraffin buildups from pipe walls. (A bypass option is recommended if a significant amount of solids is expected.)

      Recommended for heavy-duty cleaning in crude oil, natural gas and refined products pipelines of all lengths. Two brushes allows for a more aggressive cleaning pig.

      4c-pig-configuration

      Recommended for light cleaning, line filling and dewatering, batch separation and liquid removal in pipelines of all lengths.

      4D-pig-configuration

      Recommended for bi-directional applications in which the pig has to be run in two directions before being removed from the line. They are normally used for light cleaning, line filling-testing-dewatering applications in lines up to 40 miles (65 km) in length.
