Lightweight, economical and easy to operate, the SHORTSTOPP® 275/500 Plugging Machine consists of highly versatile tools that can be used in a variety of applications. The flexible designs ensure safe and efficient operation. The SHORTSTOPP 275/500 Plugging Machine is made up of two main components; the SHORTSTOPP Jackscrew Actuator and the SHORTSTOPP Plugging/Completion Machine. The SHORTSTOPP Jackscrew Actuator can be used to isolate a line on 150 class and 300 class applications and is rated up to 500 psi. The SHORTSTOPP Plugging/Completion Machine can isolate 1.5” lines at 275 psi and 2-inch to 4-inch lines at 500 psi. This machine can also be used to set completion plugs ranging from 1.5-inch to 12-inch.
