Add-ons
Manufactured to the same strict OEM performance standards, replacement scraper discs offer superior abrasion and wear resistance qualities for long, reliable performance. Available in a variety of hardness's, thicknesses and configurations to meet specific needs, including bypass holes to promote more effective cleaning.
Used on various TDW cleaning and batching pigs, these polyurethane cups are designed for precise fit, long wear and superior abrasion resistance. Customization—including bypass holes, special sizing and conical configurations—helps ensure the best performance for each pipeline application.
Brushes made to the exacting standards of the original components help ensure aggressive cleaning by a variety of pigs, removing tough debris like black powder and scale from interior walls and pits.
A bypass option is recommended if a significant amount of solids is expected or to assist in liquid removal. An outlet port on the front of the pig can be opened to provide fluid bypass to prevent piling of loosened material. Extra bypass holes can be drilled through the cups.
