To the TDW Family,

As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday in the United States, we write to thank you – our employees, customers and industry partners – for your dedication, fortitude, cooperation and support.

At TDW, we were eagerly anticipating 2020 as our centennial year. Such an important year for TDW turned out to be a challenge across the world.  As we begin to reflect upon 2020, we realize what we have to be thankful for, here at TDW – not on just one day, but every day.

You have enabled us to support a critical infrastructure industry and fulfill our special responsibility to maintain pipeline operators normal work schedules. Whether you adapted to the new normal from home or continued to report to job sites or manufacturing facilities, you continued to bring TDW values to life.

Our wide cast of supporting teams made this possible, allowing employees around the globe to remain as productive as ever. Beyond TDW, industry colleagues, channel partner organizations and service companies also helped us fulfill our promise. You have our sincere gratitude.

During difficult times, people’s true character emerges – for better or for worse. What we’ve seen in 2020 has been your unwavering commitment in taking care of our customers, each other and our communities, even when a global pandemic disrupted the way you did this. Your passion for pipeliners has shone through. You have understood that even during times of crisis, pipelines don’t stop. They can’t, because the world counts on them to be their energy lifelines.

Just like pipeliners count on us.

We were able to live up to pipeliners’ trust this year, even under difficult circumstances. You helped us to do this – we give you our thanks for this.

We hope you know how much we value each of you.
