Pipeline Integrity

Pipeline Integrity Inspection

Ensuring Integrity Throughout the Pipeline Lifecycle

Inspecting for pipeline integrity threats and validating the accuracy of inspection results are fundamental to the safe, reliable operation of oil and natural gas systems.

Through a broad range of inline inspection (ILI) and in-situ non-destructive evaluation (NDE)  services, TDW detects, characterizes, and verifies pipeline defects at any stage of the asset lifecycle.

As a result, pipeline owners and operators can improve regulatory compliance while:

  • Prioritizing repairs.
  • Mitigating risk.
  • Maintaining productivity.

TDW has completed more than 800,000 kilometers (500,000 miles) of ILI services, including comprehensive threat assessments and inspections for cracks and crack-like anomalies; corrosion and metal loss; dents; and other defects. TDW NDE services are performed by American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT)-certified Level II and Level III technicians.
