Four standard configurations meet most needs; customization is also available for unique requirements. OptionAll bodies are constructed of Ultra High Molecular Weight polyethylene to protect internal pipe and valve surfaces and are engineered with recessed steel bolt and locknut construction to prevent breakups in the pipeline.

Manufactured to the same strict OEM performance standards, scraper discs offer superior abrasion and wear resistance qualities for long, reliable performance. Available in a variety of hardnesses, thicknesses and configurations to meet specific needs, including bypass holes to promote more effective cleaning.

Outfitted with a deformable aluminum plate, gauge pigs are a fast, cost-effective way to determine whether there’s an obstruction or pipe diameter reduction in the pipeline. They are often used during pre-commissioning and as part of progressive pigging, and help operators determine if they need in-line inspection (ILI) services to obtain more detailed information. Multiple gauge plates can be provided on one pig.
