TDW Services, Inc. Field Technicians receive extensive, on-the-job training, classroom training, hands-on training and testing during their trainee status. Trainees also accompany and observe live jobs conducted by Qualified Technicians. This on-the-job training process is covered by the appropriate Knowledge/Skills Inventory Form. Each entry is approved by a Manager/Supervisor, Qualified Technician or Technical Services Personnel.
Trainees and TDW Services, Inc. Field Technicians attend the annual Technicians' School. Master Technicians attend every other year. This annual school is a formal and rigorous process which includes new information and review.
TDW Services, Inc. Field Technicians' and Trainees’ records and requirements are reviewed by members of the Approval Board.
Operator Qualification/Evaluation is conducted in a special separate session when expirations are near.
