4.2 Abilities Required
The evaluation of Qualification will include an individual's ability to:
  1. Perform the task.
  2. Recognize and react to Abnormal Operating Conditions. See Appendix 2.
  3. Direct/observe non-certified and de-certified individuals to correctly perform and take corrective actions when necessary.
  4. Perform work requirements in a safe manner.
