The methodology for evaluating TDW Field Technicians will include all of the following:
- Written exams (Re-testing allowed in 30 days. Missed questions are always reviewed).
- Oral exams (In place of written test) Same text as written test.
- Observation during:
- Training
- Simulation
- Live jobs
- Field Audits
TDW Technicians also undergo the following activities to assure technical quality:
- Mandatory attendance at annual training sessions.
- Historic review of work performance includes corrective training for missed questions and performance failures.
- Field Audits
- Review Board
