TDW routinely reviews the following data to assure program quality and program effectiveness.
- Review of each job performed.
- Review of Field Performance Reports.
- Review of Incident Reports.
- Knowledge and skill inventories of each technician. Forms are included in the Appendix. A system generated format is being phased in as well.
- HSE Training.
- Management Review Boards.
