This repair service program has been established with the following repair and pricing categories:
Sharpen Cutters
This covers all cutter styles (per size). This category has one set price and is used for situations when sharpening is the only requirement to recondition the customer's cutter.
Replace Teeth
This covers all cutter styles (per size). One price covers the cost if one or all teeth are replaced and sharpened. This single fee also covers the repair of cutter shells if that is needed and the shells are repairable.
Cutter Exchange
TDW will maintain rebuilt cutters sizes 4" - 12" (100mm - 304mm) standard cutters, SHORTSTOPP® Cutters and STOPPLE® Cutters for emergency turnaround. This is a rotating stock whereby TDW will keep the customer's cutter and ship a rebuilt replacement (any customer-identifying marks will be transferred before shipment). |
