TDW Leak Repair Clamps are designed for permanent or temporary pipe leak repair on hydrocarbon, steam, petrochemical and cross-country pipelines.
Options:
- Special seal length available: Up to 30-inches with an overall length up to 40-inches.
- Viton ® and Neoprene optional seal materials; temperatures -20° F to 400° F for Viton seals; -40° F to 225° F for Neoprene seals.

Features:
- Single piece molded seal fixed in wedge lock grooves for each half of clamp for peripheral and lateral sealing.
- Easily replaceable seal without special tools or grinding needed.
- Seal length: Standard 5-inches (2- to 12-inches); 8-inches (from 14 -to 48-inches)
- Overall length: Standard 11- to 20-inches.*
Buna-N seal material.
- Temperature ranges for seal material from -40° F to 250° F for Buna-N seals.
- Hinge and rod assembly and lifting lugs are provided for easy installation.
- Vent plug to release pipeline product
- Heat insulating cord (parallel to seal) facilitates welding of sleeves to pipe and protects seal.
- Hydrotesting at 1-1/2 times the design pressures at factory prior to shipping as per API 6H.
- Shell/Stiffener material: A515, A516/A105.
