Network survey with the VSR
With its Network Survey Vehicles integrating the latest detection technologies, GAZOMAT™ offers high performance services : 40 km/h average survey speed and recording of each gas leak indication with its GPS coordinates.
On-foot detection and gas leak localisation
- On-foot detection using portable detectors makes it possible to survey areas not accessible to the VSR such as pedestrian city centres and to confirm the gas leak indications provided by the VSR.
- Localisation with an explosimeter-catharometer allows for pinpointing the location of gas leaks and for accurate measuring of their concentration level.
Interpretation and analysis of survey data
This important step of the survey process provides an exhaustive picture of your network with precise indications on :
- the geographical situation of the gas leak detected
- the type of pipelines surveyed (steel, cast iron…)
- the characteristics of the environment (proximity of a school…)
- the gas concentration of the sample taken
