The Calibration Bench is a fully autonomous calibration station designed to verify and adjust gas detectors of the Gazomat™ range. It can also provide verification of units of other manufacturers (the latter function is limited to units sold on the French market, exclusively).
Provided with its proprietary software, the GAZOCAL™, the calibration bench is controlled and operated by a laptop PC. The unit works with Windows®* and must be fitted with the appropriate reference gas bottles.
Easy to start up
• The verification and adjustment procedures are fully automatic for Gazomat™ explosimeter-catharometers of the latest generation (Catex3™).
Units are automatically identified by the calibration bench and data stored in the units is transferred to the calibration bench.
• A semi-guided procedure is available for units that cannot be directly connected to the calibration bench. The operator is invited to follow the calibration bench’s instructions that appear on screen, step-by-step.
• Three operating languages : French, English, Italien.
A smart maintenance assistance tool
• The Calibration bench checks the unit’s conformity gas based on the 3 following criteria :
• Pump’s flow rate.
• Air-tightness of the sampling circuit.
• Key functions of the unit (microcontroller, battery, voltage…)
• If one of these points is not met, the unit is automatically rejected and signalled as requiring maintenance.
A reliable documentation for Quality Control
• The verification and adjustment procedures have been properly secured to ensure that no defective unit can be reported as being in conformity. The verification certificate edition that validates the procedure is blocked.
