PS2000 PE Tapping Machine 

 
The PS2000 PE tapping machine is designed to make taps into polyethylene (PE) pipe under pressure in preparation for line plugging or tying in a branch outlet. It is lightweight, easy for one person to handle, and comes in both an XL or XXL model (20 and 36 inches of travel).

Accessories and cutters permit making taps on 2- through 8-inch PE pipes under pressure, without shutdown.

Developed by TDW’s manufacturing plant in Belgium, this machine has gained wide acceptance for use on polyethylene gas distribution lines in Europe.
