TDW Acquires Williamson Industries, Inc. of Canada

T.D.Williamson, Inc. announces the acquisition of Williamson Industries, Inc. headquartered in Georgetown, Ontario, Canada. The acquisition became final on January 29, 2007 at which time Williamson Industries, Inc. became T.D. Williamson Canada ULC.
T.D.Williamson Canada ULC allows TDW to better service customers who own and operate the highly integrated network of North American petroleum pipelines that cross the border between the U.S. and Canada. As the Canadian petroleum industry and the corresponding infrastructure continue to expand around resources such as the Alberta Tar Sands, the broad scope of TDW experience and capabilities are ideally suited to provide industry leading equipment, support services and custom engineered solutions to assure optimum pipeline performance. TDW expertise with water and wastewater pipelines will also prove beneficial to municipal systems across Canada and particularly in the populated eastern Canadian provinces.
The unique experience and regional knowledge provided by T.D.Williamson Canada ULC makes TDW a very strong North American service provider. The new TDW Canadian business unit is now an integral part of a much larger company with greatly expanded service capabilities and a long history of providing safe and dependable products and technologies to customers worldwide.
