BASIC FUNCTION:
Coordinates all regional sales activities and business unit administration for the TDW Italy operations in accordance with corporate policies, strategic goals and objectives.
Accountabilities:
- Development of and adherence to business plans and initiatives for Italy which are consistent with short-and-long-range objectives of the Company.
- Coordination of subordinates in the management of projects to ensure that the objectives are reached in accordance with established policies and programs.
- Team player, supporting project orders into region outside of Italy, providing market information & intelligence where applicable.
- Interface with agents, customers and industry organizations to acquire, develop, and implement profitable business or product line opportunities.
- Product lines responsibility to include: PIPS, HT&P, DS & Rehabilitation.
- Promotion and development of TDW new regional strategic directions to ensure future growth.
RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHERS
Reports to General Manager Europe. Frequent contacts with customers, industry representatives, and all levels of Company’s personnel.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Degree in mechanical or related Engineering.
- 8-10 years of diversified business related experience, including 3 years direct experience in Italy.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment strong leadership in sales management decisions. Should possess a good track record as a Sales and Marketing professional with proven experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language. Other languages are an asset.
