BASIC FUNCTION:

As a business partner to the Regional General Managers (for the UK, Russia and Middle-East), you are fully accountable for dealing with all HR aspects and implementing our HR programs (3 locations, approx 100 people).

Accountabilities:

  • Works closely with the leaders and develops a customer oriented approach towards all team members in order to increase both motivation of employees & efficiency of the organization.
  • Develops a First Class Service to both leaders & team members.
  • Implements all actions of the ‘Customer First’ ultimate goal, using the Lean approach as a guideline.
  • Administers the employment activities including contracts & payroll. Is deeply involved in all legal, social & tax aspects related to individuals.
  • Makes recommendation on how to align the organization both with the company’s strategy and goals.
  • Hires the best people. Provides them with a ‘V.I.P’ induction program including regular follow-ups.

RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHERS

Reports to the H.R. Manager and work closely with her personnel. Has extensive contacts with all levels of management and personnel within the company as well as outside sources.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • University degree.
  • From 5 to 8 years experience in HR. Either as a generalist in HR or a specialist with a significant experience in one or several aspects of the global HR initiatives & programs. Good background on all HR aspects.
  • Fluent in French & English. Any other foreign language(s) is an asset.
  • Passion for people, global thinker with a proved hands-on experience, high level of energy, assertivity, eager to impact the organization are definitely some of your strengths & willingness.  
  • Willing to travel 30 to 35% of his/her time in Europe (short trips every time).
