Available in 4- through 12-inch sizes, the TDW X-Pig® multi-purpose utility tool is exceptionally versatile, affordable and disposable. It is a one piece pig molded from TDW's FORMULA SI® Urethane with add on options available.
Whether your needs are cleaning, batching, displacement, line commissioning/decommissioning, or even gauging, the X-Pig® tool is up to the task. Superior durability allows the X-Pig® tool to finish as strong as it starts. It is available in three basic configurations:
- One cup and five discs
- Two cups and four discs
- Five discs.
A smaller front cup/disc facilitates launch and its flexible body is designed to handle 1.5 D radius bends better than rigid-body pigs. The hollow core can house a transmitter or trip magnet to activate non-intrusive pig passage indicators (6- through 12-inch only).
