Bill Fisher
General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer
Bill joined T.D. Williamson in 2007 as Senior Counsel and became General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer in 2009. As a member of TDW’s executive management team, Bill is responsible for the global legal operations of the company, ensuring compliance of laws and regulations worldwide and interacting with the Board of Directors on corporate governance matters. Prior to joining TDW, Bill worked for private law firms in Oklahoma and Texas and served as in-house corporate counsel for international energy and transportation companies. Bill holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tulsa. He is a member of the Oklahoma and Texas bar associations and is licensed to practice in numerous federal courts throughout the country.
