Executive Leadership 

Dick received his degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University.  He also attended the Stanford University Executive Development Program in 1982.  Dick joined TDW on October 25, 1971, as an engineer and has held various management positions.  In 1979 he was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer.  He assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer in 1992 and was elected Chairman of the Board in 1994.
